Golden Milk Bliss™ Balls Recipe
Ready to give this golden, rejuvenative bedtime snack a try? Here’s the recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
•1/2 cup pitted Medjool dates (approximately 6)
•1/2 cup dried mango
•1/2 cup cashews
•1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
•1/4 cup cashew or almond butter
•2-3 tsp Golden Milk Bliss™
HOW TOT MAKE:
1.Mix dates and mango in a food processor until well combined.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls. The turmeric in this recipe may temporarily stain your hands orange, so you may choose to wear rubber gloves for this step!
4. Store in the refrigerator or freezer and enjoy 1-3 balls before bed.
