We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $60 or more within the continental United States.

Orders under $60 have a flat $8.95 shipping and handling fee.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of placement.

All orders placed are final. We are unable to modify your shipping address once your order has been submitted. Please take care to ensure your delivery address is current and valid at the time of checkout.

Subscription orders that are not cancelled or skipped prior to shipping are not edible for a refund.

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any damages, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported to Kokora within 5 business days of delivery to receive a refund or replacement. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

For items purchased from a Kokora authorized seller, returns must be handled directly with the original place of purchase and are subject to the seller’s return policy. We currently ship only within the United States. Additional shipping fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

We carefully select ingredients that are free from common allergens milk, eggs, fish, Crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame, whenever possible. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to each product’s label for a complete list of ingredients.

Our products are manufactured in cGMP-certified facilities that may also process allergens. These facilities follow strict cleaning and quality control procedures to help prevent cross-contact. We share this information so individuals with sensitivities can make informed decisions.

Kokora does not use GMO ingredients in any of our products.

Wherever possible, Kokora uses ingredients that are Certified Organic, and most of our products are Certified Organic.

Regenerative Farming is a farming process that aims to rebuild the soil food web.

Organic herbs are grown without synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, although how the herbs are grown may not improve the health of the soil. Regenerative farming builds a more resilient system. This practice increases the capacity of soil to sequester carbon, increases water holding capacity, improves plant health, and improves wildlife and livestock health quality.
