Do you accept returns?
All retail or online purchases of Kokora products (except for purchases from kokoralife.com directly) must be returned to the retail location, online store, or seller from which they were originally purchased. For purchases made from a retail location or online retailer, Kokora follows their policy.
Purchases made from kokoralife.com may be returned within 45 days of receipt. To return an item, all returned orders must be pre-authorized by us. Please email us at info@kokoralife.com and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, your name, and your telephone number. We will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and a return address.
Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

What allergens are your products free of?
Kokora products are free of gluten, dairy, meat, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, shellfish, yeast and eggs. However, our products are manufactured in a facility which process other products that may contain these and other ingredients. All equipment is cleaned between manufacturing lots per GMP requirements.

Do your products contain tree nuts?
No, Kokora products do nut contain tree nuts. Our 7 Mushroom Mocha does contain coconut. Please note that our products are manufactured in a facility which process other products that may contain tree nuts and other ingredients. All equipment is cleaned between manufacturing lots per GMP requirements.

Does Kokora Have 3rd Party Testing?
We use Third Party Bioactivity Testing for all our products carrying an activity claim.
We use Third Party Accelerated Stability Testing for all our products to establish a valid shelf life and expiration date.
We do Third Party Research conducted at the Ric Scalzo Institute for Botanical Research at the Sonoran University of Health Sciences. This research uses cell biology models that help us better understand our products' mechanism of action, support our product names and health benefit claims, and guide direction for product use.

Regenerative Farming is a farming process that aims to rebuild the soil food web.

Is regenerative better than organic?
Organic herbs are grown without synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, although how the herbs are grown may not improve the health of the soil. Regenerative farming builds a more resilient system.
