Ingredients:

2 rounded tsp Adapt & Thrive™ powder

Up to 1 cup juice, plant-based milk, or dairy milk (start with less and add more as needed)

2 cups berries of choice (fresh or frozen)

1 banana

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp ground ginger

Optional: sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, or agave)

Optional: garnish with fresh berries and a sprig of fresh herb (lemon balm, mint, or rosemary)

 

How to Blend the Best Smoothie
