Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Recipe 


And now – here are the ingredients to make this chocolatey, protein-packed recipe we’re sure you’ll love. This is the perfect recipe to make the night before your busy morning, so you can grab and go! 

Ingredients: 

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

3 rounded tbsp 7 Mushroom Mocha™

1 tsp maple syrup or 1/2 tsp date sugar

A handful of fresh berries (optional) 

 

How to Make: 

1. Stir everything in a bowl and refrigerate overnight 

2. (Optional) Sprinkle a handful of fresh berries over your chia pudding for a decadent berry + chocolate combo (we love blueberries for this!).
